Bi-injection

The dual injection process injects both hard and soft plastic into the mould at the same time, according to the stiffness required and the area. The end result is a boot that is very comfortable around the foot, especially contact areas such as the malleolus, but also a smooth, comfortable flex, whilst maintaining good lateral support.

Thermoformed footbelts

Because each foot is different, thermoformed footbeds are designed to adapt to the shape of your feet. The footbed is heated and your foot then leaves an impression of both the sole and the malleolus, an area that is often sensitive. The result is greater comfort and greater efficiency.
