Q1. I haven't paid the deposit yet: can I change the contents of my basket or the dates of my trip?
You can change your booking by going to your account. Be careful because you can only do this until two days before your first day's skiing.
Q2. Can I change the contents of my basket if I have already paid the deposit?
You have paid your booking deposit online but want to change the contents of your basket. You need to get in touch directly with the shop whose contact details are on your booking form. The balance to be paid in the shop will be updated when you go to collect the equipment, in line with the changes that you wanted to make. If however you would like to add equipment to your initial order, you just need to make another booking.
Q3. Is rented equipment insured against theft or damage?
No, but most suppliers can provide theft/damage cover which you can take out on arrival.
Q4. I would like to pay the deposit by cheque: to whom should I make it payable? To whom should I pay the balance?
The deposit cheque should be sent to: SKI-WAY FRANCE S.A.S. - Route d'Ollainville - 91520 EGLY. Please do not forget to write your booking reference on the back of the cheque. The balance should be paid to your supplier at the resort.
