Easy ski hire!
Hiring your skis has never been so simple! Take a quick look at the steps you need to follow to make your booking and ensure your equipment is ready for when you arrive!
Step 1: select your resort and the length of your stay
On the Ski-Way home page, specify:
> the country you are travelling to and the resort you are staying in.
Tip: you only need to type in the first three letters to find your resort.
> The length of your stay: N.B.! It's your first day skiing that is used for your booking. You can either type in the date of your first day skiing directly or choose from the calendar by clicking on the icon.
Useful advice:
The earlier you make your booking, the more certain it is that your equipment will be available at the resort, plus you will get better prices by booking online!
Step 2: choose the equipment that you and your family need.
On the order page, you can see everything available for hire at a glance:
> The types of skis: adult skis, children’s skis, snowboards, mini-skis & cross-country skis.
> The packages: black, red, green, blue. These correspond to your technical level.
> For each ski, you can choose boots and for children’s equipment, you can reserve practical & attractive protective helmets.
Tip: choosing the complete packages (skis & boots) is cheaper than only hiring skis!
Step 3: your options: place of collection & information to ensure your equipment is suitable for you
This step will help you to find the place nearest to your hotel:
In the resort, there are one or more Ski-Way stores. Choose the nearest!
Practical advice: look at the map of your resort, the stores are listed there.
Then enter your details (optional): name, height, shoe size, weight. This information will be very useful to your store and will save you precious time when you arrive, as the right equipment for your size will be ready.
Step 4: Create your account
Setting up your account is very simple
NB: if you already hired skis with us last year, it’s easy! Just type in your e-mail address and password to find your online account. Forgotten your password?
Type in your e-mail address and we will send you your password.
Have you been a customer for a long time? Maybe you need to update your information!
Useful advice: you can change your booking at any time up to the final summary. You can follow each step of your selection in the area on the right of the table.
Step 5: you choose what you want to pay!
In this final step, you can choose the payment method you prefer (bank card of your choice or by cheque if you live in France), or use vacation vouchers.
NB: you only pay the booking deposit (30%) and administration fees online, the balance must be paid in store.
