If you regularly take part in sport, you won’t have any problems getting used to altitude and physical exertion.
By contrast, if you only take part in sport very occasionally, or if you can’t even remember when you last did some sport, you must prepare a little bit.
Before you go skiing, try to take the stairs instead of the lift, and when you have five minutes do the “chair exercise”: Lean against a wall and go down so that your knees and thighs make an angle of 90°, and hold this position for as long as possible.
